Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Onsite Technical Engineer / Developer for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The position requires 14+ years of ServiceNow configuration or development experience and hands-on IRM/GRC implementation, with the ability to collaborate closely with AMEX stakeholders on technical delivery.

You will configure and develop IRM/GRC capabilities, build dashboards and reports, and work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and cloud environments

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in ServiceNow configuration or development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation or technical configuration experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Big reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Collaborate onsite with client stakeholders on planning, workflow design, and validation.
• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to validate approaches.
• Develop business rules, scripts, UI policies, and dashboards.
• Support REST/SOAP integrations and migration validation.
