Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• 3+ years of experience administering databases in AWS environments.
• 3+ years of experience with database backup, recovery, patching, and tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with platform upgrades, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Onsite work in Chantilly, VA 100% time.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize databases that support a self-hosted ServiceNow environment in AWS.
• Perform backup, recovery, patching, tuning, and maintenance for performance and availability.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve database incidents.
• Manage AWS databases and implement security/compliance controls.
• Automate routine tasks, document procedures, and provide on-call support.
