Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy & Transformation to lead IRM, GRC, and SecOps initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. You will oversee ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and automation workflows across global teams.

With 10+ years in tech risk and deep ServiceNow expertise, you will guide client engagements, shape go-to-market strategies, and mentor colleagues while delivering high-quality outcomes. Travel ~50% may be required.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in a related field; 10+ years of hands-on tech risk design & architecture.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise with certifications (e.g., CMA/CTA) and hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations including architecture and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated risk management (IRM), GRC, and SecOps strategies on ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk/compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA.
• Oversee ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and delivery across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and automation workflows.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules.
• Mentor global teams to ensure high-quality delivery of cyber risk management services.
• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and ServiceNow-based client solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow GRC and SecOps trends.
