Job summary

Anchor Point Technology Resources seeks a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to strengthen our CMDB and ITSM practices using ServiceNow. You will maintain CI data accuracy, support change management, and drive process improvements across ITIL-based services.

You will design dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to track KPIs, collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders, and identify automation opportunities to enhance service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ServiceNow CMDB experience and ITSM/ITIL familiarity.
• Experience ensuring CMDB data quality, accuracy, and CI configurations.

Responsibilities
