MISO is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to manage the CMDB and drive ITSM maturity. Based in Carmel, IN, the role emphasizes ServiceNow-driven CMDB standards, CI data accuracy, and governance to support regulatory compliance and reduced security risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Configuration Management (CMDB) experience.
• ServiceNow experience is required.
• Asset Management experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB (CIS CMDB/CIS-DF) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with ITSM leadership to enhance processes and service quality using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain CMDB standards; ensure CI data accuracy and policy alignment.
• Support configuration and change management by remediating unauthorized CI changes and performing audits.
• Design dashboards and reports for KPIs/CSFs to drive data-informed decisions.
