Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Configuration Management processes and CMDB.

• ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the configuration management process.
• Enhance processes and maintain service quality using the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain CMDB standards within ServiceNow.
• Support change management by identifying unauthorized CI changes.
• Design and deliver dashboards for actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation using ServiceNow.
