Job summary

LightFeather seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across CMDB, ITSM, Service Catalog, and custom apps. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience implementing or maturing a CMDB, including Discovery and data reconciliation.
• Strong server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations.
• Agile/Scrum project experience; ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Active Secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations and custom apps.
• Implement CMDB with CI class and data model aligned to CSDM.
• Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance.
• Build advanced Service Catalog items with client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer.
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations via IntegrationHub.
• Participate in client calls and translate requirements.
• Execute unit, integration, regression tests; ensure quality.
• Maintain update sets, release docs, and design records.
• Identify risks and gaps early in the lifecycle.
