Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions across modules, delivering modern user experiences and enterprise workflow automation.

The role requires hands-on development, strong integration capabilities, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflow opportunities, including Now Assist and Agentic AI. Collaboration with architects and admins is essential in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
• Experience designing and integrating with third-party enterprise applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Web Services.
• Experience creating modern ServiceNow user experiences and interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Scripting.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development standards, and platform best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile development and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
• Create modern user experiences using ServiceNow UI frameworks.
• Develop ServiceNow customizations including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer components.
• Configure and automate workflows, approvals, notifications, and service delivery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform, integration, and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement solutions while adhering to governance.
