Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in asset or configuration management.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Ability to lead enterprise-scale asset programs.

Responsibilities

• Track hardware/software inventory using ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management across 350+ facilities.
• Record license transfers during refresh cycles with two business days reporting.
• Maintain license data repository with vendor info, licenses, and renewals for 50,000+ units.
• Audit installed equipment and licenses to ensure compliance and optimize assets.
• Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal and EOL planning integration.
• Coordinate with Service Desk to ensure real-time CMDB accuracy and provisioning.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows for asset management, including lifecycle transitions.
• Generate asset reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Support audits, license compliance reviews, and reconciliation activities.
