Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer on the Luke program in Bethesda, MD. You will mentor a technical team and design robust, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM, with a focus on upgrade-readiness.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a BA/BS degree, and a strong background in API integrations and data modeling within agile teams. This position is full-time and on-site in Bethesda.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM implementations.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM modules and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
• Serve as the technical SME, evaluating complexity, and whether out-of-the-box functionality meets requirements
• Identify must-have vs nice-to-have features across core workflows (Incident, Change, Asset Management)
• Act as the liaison with government technical leaders, program leadership and other stakeholders
• Deliver products in coordination with the agile project delivery teams and participate in briefings with program and government personnel
• Enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles to minimize technical debt and ensure upgrade-readiness
• Focus on long-term scalability and strategic roadmap alignment
• Compare the current state against the desired future state, assessing alternative requirements
• Leading in the creation of technical designs that leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities while managing necessary customization

CACI is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer on our Luke program. We are looking for a visionary Senior ServiceNow Developer to mentor our technical team and design robust, end-to-end solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions

• Serve as the technical SME, evaluating complexity, and whether “out-of-the-box” (OOTB) functionality meets requirements

• Identify “must-have” vs. “nice-to-have” features across core workflows (e.g., Incident, Change, Asset Management)

• Act as the liaison with government technical leaders, program leadership and other stakeholders to identify, evaluate and integrate with enterprise service offerings

• Deliver products in coordination with the agile project delivery teams and participate in briefings with program and government personnel as required

• Enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles to minimize technical debt and ensure upgrade-readiness

• Focus on long-term scalability and strategic roadmap alignment

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of developing and directing the design, architecture and implementation of data services that include COTS products, security identity and access management services
• Thorough experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Detailed experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Extensive experience designing/implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and data modeling
• Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using ServiceNow platform
• Experience establishing enterprise service offerings
• Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well‑executed goal
• Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high‑priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word and other tools
• Excellent presentation development and delivery skills using MS PowerPoint
