Job summary

MetaPhase seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture and solution design across new development, modernization, integration, and operations within federal environments. You will assess requirements, define platform architectures, and guide teams on ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and dashboards while aligning with DHS standards and security requirements.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in related roles, and ServiceNow CTA certification with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
• At least eight years of experience in software development, architecture, or implementation, including substantial ServiceNow experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and architecting ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, App Engine, workflows, reporting, or automation.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DHS Public Trust suitability determination and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and solution-design activities across development, modernization, integration, and operations.
• Assess requirements and recommend ServiceNow solutions meeting DHS standards.
• Define and document platform architecture, designs, interfaces, and roadmaps.
• Provide architecture guidance for ITSM, CMDB, knowledge management, and dashboards.
• Guide modernization of portals and agent workspaces and automate workflows.
• Advise on integrations with enterprise apps, APIs, and data stores.
• Review designs for alignment with approved requirements and policies.
• Mentor delivery teams and support onboarding of customers.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, backlogs, and production support.
