Job summary

Footbridge Federal seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead administration, development, and governance for high‑security federal programs in the DoD/IC space. The role focuses on enterprise architecture, CMDB modernization, domain separation, and upgrade strategies, with hands‑on delivery across ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, or App Engine.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow administration, development, and architecture, including 3+ years in a lead or enterprise architect role.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within federal, DoD, or intelligence environments.
• Deep knowledge of domain separation, upgrade strategies, CMDB architecture, and scoped applications.
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow product suites (such as ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, or App Engine).
• Required Certifications: ServiceNow CTA, CSA, CAD, CAS - App Engine.
• At least two CIS certifications in IRM/GRC, HRSD, ITSM, or SecOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce platform architecture standards, development guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Lead technical review boards, architecture reviews, and release governance processes.
• Evaluate system configurations, scripts, integrations, and security rules for performance and risk.
• Design solutions for complex initiatives including CMDB modernization, identity management, and enterprise integrations.
• Create architecture artifacts such as data-flow models, integration diagrams, and solution designs.
• Mentor developers and technical leads while collaborating with program leadership on risk management.
• Support technical planning, proposal development, and customer engagements.
