Job summary

MetaPhase seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect / SME to deliver architecture and SME guidance for ServiceNow across DHS OCIO and customers. You’ll assess needs, set platform architecture, and guide design, development, modernization, and sustainment of ServiceNow solutions.

Expert knowledge of Core Services, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Workflows, App Engine, ITSM, reporting, automation, portals, and agent workspaces is required. DHS security and accessibility must be addressed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years in software/architecture recommended.
• 8+ years in software development, architecture, or implementation with ServiceNow.
• CTA certification and ServiceNow architecture experience required.
• Experience designing ServiceNow apps, workflows,Integrations, platform capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, App Engine.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and solution-design across development, modernization, integration, and operations.
• Assess requirements and recommend ServiceNow solutions meeting DHS standards.
• Define platform architecture, designs, interfaces, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, knowledge management, and dashboards.
• Guide modernization of portals and agent workspaces and support automation.
• Review integrations with enterprise apps and advise on interfaces and dependencies.
• Document architecture decisions and communicate to stakeholders.
