Accenture plc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to drive end‑to‑end solution design and governance for Fortune 500 clients in the Minneapolis area. You will mentor teams, shape platform strategy, and partner with account teams to create value across complex programs.

You will lead with executive presence, communicate clearly with sponsors and stakeholders, and leverage Accenture’s extensive training to stay at the forefront of ServiceNow and cloud‑enabled transformations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in architecture/lead roles.
• Minimum 8 years' experience transforming enterprise IT and platform strategy.
• Minimum 6 years' mentoring ServiceNow developers/architects; technical direction.
• Minimum 6 years' establishing architectural standards and platform governance.
• Minimum 6 years' hands‑on development on ServiceNow (JS, APIs).
• Minimum 6 years' delivery in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• 3 ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow developers in technical management and mentorship.
• Provide governance and thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify additional value for clients.
