Job summary

Pattern Energy Group is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to own the platform across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps. You will set secure, upgrade-ready standards and guide admins, developers, and partners to align with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will define RBAC, data governance, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub), and a modernization roadmap, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to ensure NERC CIP compliance

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in enterprise app/platform delivery, with five+ years designing and governing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules.
• Strong ability to influence platform teams and partners without direct authority.
• Proven experience with CSDM/CMDB, security, and regulatory considerations (NERC CIP).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and related modules.
• Define platform standards, roadmaps, and upgrade governance.
• Design and optimize Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Major Incident processes.
• Oversee CMDB in alignment with CSDM including data sources, ownership, reconciliation, and health controls.
• Guide integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and APIs.
