Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC leads ServiceNow development for the Metroplex contract, delivering ITSM/ITOM solutions and integrations. The role provides technical leadership on platform architecture and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and a TS/SCI clearance. Onsite schedule 3 days a week, with a focus on secure, scalable government IT services.

Formación

• 7 years of ServiceNow development experience with complex platform customization and integration.
• CSA certification required; CAD/CIS/CTA and federal government experience are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including custom apps, advanced workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop advanced server-side scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts.
• Implement client-side development with Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Angular components.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Build Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and automated business processes.
• Lead ServiceNow security through ACLs, roles, and data access controls.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers on architecture, patterns, and coding standards.
