Job summary

Accenture Federal Services, a leading technology partner for the US federal government, is seeking a senior UX leader to drive user-centric design across ServiceNow, enterprise apps, and custom platforms. You will mentor designers and shape design systems while ensuring accessibility and usability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with product and engineering teams, and on-site work in the Northern Virginia area. A TS/SCI or equivalent would be beneficial for certain projects.

Qualifications

• 8 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise applications
• Federal experience preferred
• Onsite presence in Northern Virginia 4–5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design including research, personas, journey maps
• Architect design systems and component libraries for consistency
• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Design ServiceNow portals, service catalogs, and custom UIs
• Uphold Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with product, dev, and stakeholders
• Develop information architecture and documentation for patterns and guidelines
