Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• MBI Clearance
• Senior ServiceNow architect with end-to-end platform design ownership
• RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, scoped application architecture
• Inbound/outbound integration design (scripted REST APIs, mTLS, certificate/keystone handling)
• Data model design and knowledge/user criteria access control
• Federal delivery experience (FedRAMP, Section 508, CUI)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations end-to-end and guide clients on best practices.
• Mentor and lead developers and business process consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive platform design ownership, architecture decisions, and governance.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
