Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead architecture and delivery for workflow automation and AI-enabled processes in Nashville, with three days on-site and two days remote. You will provide hands-on configuration, scripting, and testing across Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and security roles.

You will design integrations with Azure AI, REST/SOAP APIs, SAP, and data platforms, establishing SDLC standards and governance while mentoring teams and developing reusable patterns

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Strong SDLC governance and release-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and delivery for workflow automation and AI Agent-enabled processes.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript scripting, and testing.
• Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and Azure AI, REST/SOAP APIs, SAP and data platforms.
• Establish development standards, SDLC practices, and release governance across environments.
• Review external solutions for quality, security and scalability, reducing external dependency.
• Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and development of reusable ServiceNow standards.
