- Four years of hands-on experience in an enterprise systems management environment designing, developing, or implementing the ServiceNow platform.
- Designing ServiceNow solutions, data models, workflows, and applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
