The Innovation and Technology Department is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect* to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This position will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and organizational leadership to develop solutions that support business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

Pre-Employment Process: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a job-related physical exam, including a drug test, prior to employment.
Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work evening and weekend hours. Some overtime, on-call support, or call back work may be required.

Four (4) years of full-time equivalent hands-on experience in an enterprise systems management environment designing, developing, or implementing the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifying experience must include:

Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed courses from an accredited college or university in programming, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Substitution: A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in programming, computer science, software engineering, or related field may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.
Qualifying degrees and coursework must be conferred by institutions accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Degrees earned outside the United States must be accompanied by an evaluation from a recognized credential evaluation service verifying U.S. equivalency.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment and demonstrate strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, development practices, and security principles. The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
