Job summary

This role requires 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, strong scripting, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations and UI Builder. Active Top Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and architecture.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow applications, including custom modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Advanced scripting in JavaScript/Glide with client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience with UI Builder and other ServiceNow technologies.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and authentication mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications, including custom modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Architect scalable solutions aligned with business goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to improve maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Oversee testing strategies and ensure quality through UAT.
• Lead upgrades and migrations, and optimize workflows for performance.
• Create technical documentation and provide mentoring to junior developers.
