Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Experience building enterprise apps with JavaScript, APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation, workflows, or intelligent platforms.
• Experience designing and supporting REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agents, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation capabilities.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and reusable platform services.
• Translate solution designs into secure, scalable, production-ready implementations.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, and automation-centered engineering practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and innovation.
