BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support the property's physical assets, perform maintenance, and assist with make-readies and preventive programs. You will work with the maintenance team to keep apartments move-in ready and uphold safety standards.

You will respond to service requests, repair HVAC appliances, manage tools and supplies, and participate in on-call rotations as needed to meet resident expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to use industry-specific technology.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests and assist in monitoring completion within company standards.
• Complete maintenance tasks including HVAC repair and appliance repair; assist with make-readies.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to Manager.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and documented.
• Maintain and secure all tools issued by the property.
• Post notices and communicate with residents and team as needed.
• Coordinate weekly make-ready schedules and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Oversee maintenance operations in Manager's absence.
• Share on-call duties, including weather-related incidents.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements and company policies.
