Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support the maintenance of our multifamily properties. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and make-readies while maintaining inventory and safety standards.

You will respond to service requests, work with the Community Manager and Service Manager, and ensure all tasks meet BH standards. A strong hands-on skill set and EPA 608 certification are required, with some on-call duties and overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic HVAC and appliance repair knowledge.
• Proficiency with basic computer and property-management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and coordinate with the Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartments and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inventory management.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance operations in the Service Manager's absence.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional overtime.
