Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Senior Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. You will lead installations, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment runs smoothly for our foodservice clients.

Roles range from Associate to Senior Technician depending on experience, with pay and responsibilities aligned. Travel up to 25% for training and site service is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate Technician, Service Technician, or Senior Technician level based on experience.
• Experience servicing or installing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment—from refrigeration to cooking systems.
• Handle on‑call rotation and complex troubleshooting.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable and share best practices.
• Document work orders and service reports using the company tablet.
