Job summary

TriMark USA in Houston, TX is seeking an Installation Technician to deliver, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment for our customers. The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic construction skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with extensive overnight travel.

You will assemble equipment, erect walk-in coolers/freezers, install hoods, read blueprints, and ensure installations meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in general commercial construction.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and basic construction codes.

Responsibilities

• Unload, transport, and unload equipment safely.
• Assemble and install commercial kitchen equipment per specs.
• Assist with erecting walk-in coolers/freezers and hoods.
• Follow blueprints and work orders for accurate installations.
• Inspect installations with customers and document progress.
