Job summary

TriMark USA in Lewisville, TX is seeking an Associate Service Technician to perform basic service, repair, and installation of foodservice equipment at customer sites. This entry-level role offers an incentive plan, door-to-door compensation, and tuition reimbursement to grow into a Service Technician.

You will learn to diagnose issues, handle inventory, complete service reports, and collaborate with team members while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in a service-related role.
• EPA certification or coursework in a relevant field is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check post-offer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, servicing, and repair of food service equipment.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge to resolve problems.
• Run mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and test tasks.
• Inspect equipment for safety and maintain inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and submit service reports.
