The role requires 7+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, and a valid Texas driver's license. Proficiency with field service apps and a willingness to handle physical workloads is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of previous experience in HVAC.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• EPA certification.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• VRF and mini split training or experience.
• Experience diagnosing HVAC issues in multi-family apartment buildings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC air handlers, condensers and package units.
• Responsible for inputting service notes in field service application.
• Work with dispatch on ordering parts.
• Communicate with property management.
• Keep work vehicle stocked.
