Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Nashville seeks a Senior Service Sales Representative to determine client needs and craft HVAC, Controls, Mechanical & Electrical service solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

You will manage 5-7 key accounts, build multi-layer relationships, and maintain a robust backlog to support short- and long-term sales goals. A track record of exceeding $5MM annually and strong CRM usage are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales, selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually.
• Proven account management and retention.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients.
• Professional manner and appearance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry and competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to the C-Suites of the companies largest customers and manage key accounts.
• Source and contact potential clients weekly; document findings thoroughly.
• Maintain and update CRM software regularly.
• Collaborate with team to generate additional work for Services and maintain higher margins.
• Develop and present solutions based on Company service offerings.
• Monitor and report on sales plan goals and backlog.
• Develop long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.
