Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Observability tools like Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Incident response and blameless post-mortems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve service availability, latency, and health.
• Write automation to scale systems and enable quick recovery.
• Partner with development teams to improve reliability and release velocity.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root-cause analyses.
• Advocate strong engineering practices for scalable, reliable services.
• Contribute to cloud migration efforts with architectural reviews and testing.
• Develop and maintain observability dashboards and metrics.
