Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead powertrain projects from concept through manufacturing and product release.
• Establish, document, and communicate clear project requirements at program start.
• Lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives to deliver results.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Coordinate resources across Powertrain and product group sites.
• Partner with stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues affecting execution.
