Polaris Inc. is seeking a PT Project Engineer to lead powertrain projects from concept to release, coordinating cross-functional teams and cross-site execution in support of the Polaris Product Development Process.

You will manage requirements, budgets, risks, and communications while driving program success and alignment with strategic goals, with opportunities to influence powertrain strategy and shop-floor execution.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of program/engineering project leadership experience.
• Strong ability to translate vehicle-level attributes into project definitions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead powertrain projects from concept through manufacturing and product release.
• Establish and communicate clear project requirements at program start.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making and approvals.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain momentum toward objectives.
• Coordinate resources across engineering sites and collaborate with suppliers.
