Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Service Owner - Associate Director to lead Zscaler services within STS Network Security Technology. The role is responsible for strategic leadership, service strategy, and ensuring production-ready, governed, and measurable enterprise services across ZPA, ZIA, Zscaler Cloud Gateway and related capabilities.

The successful candidate will partner with architecture, engineering, operations and risk/compliance teams to drive adoption, performance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 18+ years in cybersecurity, network security or infrastructure security.
8+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms and services, including service ownership or delivery leadership.
Experience managing enterprise-scale security or network services in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities

Define the service vision, scope, outcomes and lifecycle for Zscaler capabilities within Network Security.
Translate platform objectives into clear service offerings, customer journeys and measurable outcomes.
Own service acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness, documentation and ownership are in place.
Lead global service management across architecture, engineering, operations and vendor resources.
