Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Service Operations & Technical Support Representative to coordinate service, repair, and technical support for Acclarent TruDi and Bien-Air ENT equipment.

The role connects customers with Field Service, Sales Operations, Logistics, and external partners while guiding capital equipment lifecycle, tracking, billing, and returns. Strong communication, organization, and analytics are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years degree.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service experience in medical device/pharma is preferred.
• Experience with compliance-based solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, Excel, Power BI, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support service, repair, and technical customer support for capital equipment.
• Manage dispatch, equipment/parts fulfillment, and invoicing processes.
• Administer capital equipment programs (Evaluation, Rental, Placement, Rent-to-Own).
• Reconcile serial numbers and oversee equipment tracking.
• Generate reports using Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
