Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Service Operations & Technical Support Representative in Irvine to coordinate service, repair, and capital equipment lifecycle for Acclarent TruDi and Bien-Air ENT devices. You will act as a cross-functional liaison among customers, Field Service, Sales Operations, and logistics teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical device customer service, familiarity with Oracle/Salesforce, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

2+ years degree
Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
3-5 years customer service in medical device/pharma preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Windows-based programs (MS Office, ERP, CRM, Excel, Power BI) and data analysis
Customer oriented with leadership and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support service, repair, technical customer support, and capital equipment lifecycle for Acclarent TruDi and Bien-Air ENT equipment
Serve as operational link between customers, Field Service, Sales Operations, Equipment & Logistics, vendors
Manage intake, triage, dispatch, parts fulfillment, repair coordination, invoicing, and closure
Administer capital equipment evaluation, rental, placement programs and related tracking, billing, and returns
Produce reports and maintain accurate data records; support process improvement and policy compliance
