Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Service Operations & Technical Support Representative in Irvine to coordinate service, repair, and technical support for Acclarent TruDi and Bien-Air ENT systems. You will manage the capital equipment lifecycle and cross-collaborate with multiple internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service in medical devices or pharma, strong communication, and proficiency with Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI. A fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years degree.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service experience preferably in medical device and/or pharmaceuticals companies.
• Experience with compliance-based solutions.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical skills utilizing Windows based PC programs such as Microsoft Suite, ERP, CRM, Excel, Power BI, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, repair, and technical support for capital equipment.
• Serve as operational link between customers, field service, sales operations, equipment & logistics, and vendors.
• Manage requests from intake to dispatch, invoicing, and closure.
• Administer capital equipment Evaluation, Rental, and Placement programs.
• Generate reports and maintain data with Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
• Maintain data files in accordance with best practices.
