Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years degree.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service experience preferably in medical device and/or pharmaceuticals companies.
• Experience with compliance-based solutions.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical skills utilizing Windows based PC programs such as Microsoft Suite, ERP, CRM system, Excel, Power BI, Access, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
• Customer Oriented.
• Proven leadership.
• Self-starter who is able to handle a significant number of projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support service, repair, technical customer support, and capital equipment lifecycle for specified surgical equipment.
• Manage customer and field service requests from intake through dispatch, equipment/parts fulfillment, repair coordination, invoicing, and closure.
• Administer capital equipment Evaluation, Rental, Placement, Rent-to-Own programs including tracking, billing, inventory, and returns.
• Cross-collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Contracts, and Service & Repair teams.
• Track installation and removals for capital equipment to align with company policies.
• Maintain data records and perform data maintenance for tracking purposes.
• Deliver customer and field support for current program offerings.
• Reconcile serial numbers of capital equipment installations with Service & Repair.
• Generate reports using Excel, Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI; use ERP, CRM tools as needed.
