Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience leading Service Operations projects.
• Experience with design/build, installation, commissioning of construction projects including managing site GCs.
• Background in robotic automation, AS/RS, or material handling preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with Service Operations collaboration ranging from small to mid-level capital projects.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; identify root causes and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables; develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
• Identify risks and dependencies; lead teams in adapting to changes.
