Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of project management experience; ability to develop schedules, manage resources, create WBS, and estimate size/effort.
• Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.
• Ability to apply PM methodologies and enforce standards.
• Self-starter with ability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with PM tools and productivity software (MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written).
• Ability to lead and drive complex project efforts to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to establish cross-functional relationships and good business judgment.
