Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary customer contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and web-based systems.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance and route issues to appropriate resources.
• Communicate repair status, lead times, quotations, warranty determinations, and next steps clearly.
• Create, review, and manage service work orders and RA requests.
• Coordinate incoming product repairs, warranty evaluations, and service records.
• Track repairs and maintain visibility into priorities and completion status.
