Landry's in Omaha is seeking an experienced General Manager for our full-service restaurant. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain a professional dining room image.

This role requires at least 2 years of senior management in a high-volume setting, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead a diverse team. We offer extensive training, career growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of senior management in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and strong financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Help the General Manager with invoices, reporting, and payroll duties.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and address complaints to drive repeat visits.
• Oversee shifts, scheduling, and daily operations while preserving quality.
• Provide leadership and feedback to staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Adhere to company standards to manage costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews

Qualifications

• At least 2+ yearsof senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment

• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
