Saltgrass Steak House in Omaha, NE is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional service, controlling costs, and driving guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, training, performance reviews, and collaboration with the GM to ensure financial accuracy and policy compliance. A proven leadership record is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level management in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
• Assist the General Manager with financial/reporting and payroll duties, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service, address complaints, and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews

USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
