Job summary
The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a Service Management Senior Specialist to join the Enterprise-wide Service Management Organization (SMO). You will support and analyze incidents, problems, events, requests, and changes across FRFS products to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement and to enhance operational reliability and customer experience.
Onsite work is required with a rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience with troubleshooting software-based services.
- Experience with payments systems and monitoring/tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Support and analyze incidents, problems, events, requests, and changes across FRFS products.
- Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and preventive actions.
- Write and maintain knowledge articles for known errors and incidents.
- Develop high-level reports and metrics to inform stakeholders.
