Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automotive or related engineering discipline; 8+ years of experience in service, aftersales, and engineering environments.
Strong working knowledge of Thermal Management Systems and design-for-serviceability initiatives.
Experience with CAD/PLM tools and cross-functional stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead development of service parts strategies for thermal systems across vehicle platforms.
Represent Service Engineering in cross-functional reviews to advocate for serviceability early in design.
Drive serviceability improvements using engineering data to identify opportunities; work with design release engineers to develop service part plans.
Develop, validate, and maintain service repair procedures for thermal components.
Manage engineering changes and assess downstream service impact (parts, tools, diagnostics, repair procedures).
Collaborate with Design, Reliability, Service Documentation, and other teams to analyze changes and downstream impact.
Support root-cause investigations, Field Service Actions, and Technical Service Bulletins.
