Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX is seeking a Product Support Engineer to oversee Commercial Display product quality from design to post-launch support. You will coordinate with design, R&D, and factories, lead field quality analysis, and ensure service procedures meet stringent standards.

You will drive firmware and software QA, create training content, and collaborate with service centers and call centers to resolve issues and improve reliability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher required.
• Minimum 6+ years in consumer electronics product support or service roles; Commercial Display experience preferred.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure: Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and home networking.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing, Sales, and external contacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with senior management.

Mansioni

• Manage all service-related activities from cradle to grave for SEA Commercial Display products.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) product quality evaluations and post-launch field quality support.
• Perform firmware/software quality assurance testing on post-production displays before release.
• Provide technical repair training and content to training teams and support technicians.
