Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in general desktop experience with hardware and business applications preferred.
• Valid driver license or equivalent; A+ certification preferred.
• Personal computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet.
• Understanding of operating systems, hardware, and office applications.
• No supervisory or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming calls and documents requests in the support system.
• Prioritizes, resolves, or escalates end-user issues for hardware and software.
• Maintains and logs support calls to meet SLA requirements.
• Acts as operator in lieu of standard procedures as needed.
