Job summary

Full Visibility LLC seeks a Senior Service Desk Support to be located in Winchester, VA and onsite 4-5 days a week. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance; CI Polygraph examinations may be required after start date.

Eight years of Service Desk experience and the ability to support end users across a range of issues are essential. Responsibilities include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; responding to calls, emails, and in-person requests; and

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Service Desk Support.
• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, emails and personal requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
