Job summary

Responsibilities include incident, request, and fulfillment for end-user devices, plus troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to restore operations quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Service Desk role.
• US Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Must hold valid CompTIA Security+ or higher.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
• Collaborate with network services and software teams to restore service and fix problems.
• Reproduce user issues to resolve operating difficulties.
• Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
• Execute fault isolation and diagnostic functions for real-time corrective actions.
