Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Service Designer to lead service design projects that improve patient and caregiver experiences across CenterWell lines.

You translate research into service concepts and actionable recommendations, aligning people, processes, technology and data. This remote role supports discovery research, partner interviews, journey-mapping, and workshops to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related design or research field.
• 3+ years in service design, experience design, or design research.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills for leaders and partners.
• Proven ability to create service blueprints, experience blueprints, journeys and ecosystem maps.
• Proficiency with MS Office and research/mapping/visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to summarize qualitative/quantitative inputs into opportunities.
• Experience with discovery research, partner interviews, and workshops.
